Opened in December 2021, it is located within a residential area of Val d’Isere, the shops and restaurants are a short walk from the residence (500m). The residence has a beautiful view on the Bellevarde. The residence is formed of 2 connected chalets with a lift and each has 5 levels.

All the large and spacious apartments are very tastefully decorated in a contemporary style; they are very comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully appointed. They all have a living area with satellite TV and direct line telephone (payable locally); fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer and washing machine, balcony.
